Cithrol PG32IS

Cithrol PG32IS is a liquid emollient and dispersant which effectively disperses inorganic pigments and offers a soft rich skin feel. It also provides excellent water-in-oil co-emulsification, making it ideal for use in colour cosmetics. In lipsticks it improves spreading, pay-off and enhances colour application.
