The LIQUIWAX line of cosmetic esters combines the emolliency of traditional esters with skin conditioning functionality. The esters’ high molecular weight, in conjunction with their characteristic shape, limit penetration through the stratum corneum. Surface deposition of LIQUIWAX provides a consumer perceivable softening and lubrication as well as enhanced barrier function for excellent moisture retention. The range of LIQUIWAX products can serve a variety of functions for use in a multitude of applications. They can be used to adjust after-feel of a formulation and also for viscosity control and pigment dispersion.
